At Care Community Health Centers (CCHC), our Diagnostic Imaging services provide essential imaging tests that help support accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. We currently offer Ultrasound and X-Ray imaging on site, allowing patients to receive timely results in a convenient and comfortable setting. Our imaging services are coordinated with your medical provider to ensure clear communication, proper follow-up, and continuity of care.
Ultrasound Imaging
- Ultrasound uses sound waves to create real-time images of structures inside the body. It is commonly used to evaluate organs, soft tissues, and blood flow.
- Ultrasound may be used to help assess:
- Abdominal and pelvic concerns
- Muscles, joints, and soft tissue conditions
- Vascular circulation
- Other health-related concerns as ordered by your provider
- Ultrasound is non-invasive and does not use radiation.
X-Ray Imaging
- X-ray imaging is commonly used to view bones and certain internal structures. It helps providers identify injuries, infections, and other medical conditions.
- X-rays may be used to evaluate:
- Bone fractures or injuries
- Joint problems
- Chest and lung concerns
- Other conditions based on clinical evaluation
Coordinated and Provider-Directed Imaging
All imaging services at CCHC are ordered and reviewed by your healthcare provider. Results are explained clearly, and next steps are discussed as part of your overall care plan. If additional testing or specialist referral is needed, our team will help coordinate your care.

Having Ultrasound and X-Ray services available on site helps reduce wait times and eliminates the need for outside imaging visits whenever possible. Our staff works to make the imaging process smooth, respectful, and efficient. We accept most insurance plans and offer affordable care options for patients without coverage.
